Trainers will demonstrate bag work and sparring- bring your sneakers to try the bags!
Healthy treats provided. Registration Required. Please park in the lots indicated and walk around the corner to the gym. It is less than 2 minutes away, and has sidewalks. Use 16 Sullivan St., Berwick, for the parking lot.
