On October 21st, the Sanford-Springvale Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Hammer & Stain York County, LLC   in its Springvale location. The studio offers regularly scheduled, as well as private, craft workshops from painting ceramics and hand-knitting blankets to resin projects and creating stuffed animals. UPDATE: We have raised all of the funds- thank you! The Chamber will be providing 50 turkeys to the Sanford High School Peer Helpers to distribute along with their food boxes to needy families for Thanksgiving.   We would like to raise $650 from our chamber members to purchase the turkeys.
