Raffle tickets to support our two student scholarships at SRTC's Academy of Business are now available. The drawing will be at the December 16th Business After Hours at The Lady Mary Inn. You do not have to be present to win!   Tickets are $50 each and only 100 tickets will be sold. Buy them now, before we run out!   The first three winners receive $2,000, $400, $100 respectively. On October 21st, the Sanford-Springvale Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Hammer & Stain York County, LLC   in its Springvale location. The studio offers regularly scheduled, as well as private, craft workshops from painting ceramics and hand-knitting blankets to resin projects and creating stuffed animals. On October 8th, the Sanford-Springvale Chamber of Commerce welcomed Flat Top Burgers, 1735 Main Street in Sanford, in the former home of Village Pizza, to the Chamber and to the community with a ceremonial ribbon cutting. UPDATE: We have raised all of the funds- thank you! The Chamber will be providing 50 turkeys to the Sanford High School Peer Helpers to distribute along with their food boxes to needy families for Thanksgiving.   We would like to raise $650 from our chamber members to purchase the turkeys.
