Introducing Our New Intern: Devin Rae

We are pleased to announce that Devin Rae has joined the Sanford-Springvale Chamber of Commerce as our spring Marketing & Communications intern. Rae is currently a freshman at Southern Maine Community College, where she is majoring in Communications & New Media. Through her academic work, she has been building a strong foundation in media production, digital communication, marketing principles, and creative design. Her studies have allowed her to explore a wide range of modern communication tools, and she is eager to apply this knowledge in a real-world, community-focused setting.

“I am enthusiastic about learning how organizations like the Chamber promote economic development, support local entrepreneurs, and strengthen the overall quality of life in the region,” Rae said.

Rae brings prior experience in art and photography, interests she has pursued since a young age. She has assisted her grandparents with real estate photography, capturing property images that highlight important features and enhance online visibility. This early exposure to visual media helped spark her curiosity about creative communication and continues to shape her developing style as a designer and content creator.

Rae is excited to contribute her creativity, motivation, and willingness to learn to the Chamber team. We are equally excited to support her professional growth and to benefit from the fresh perspective she brings.
