The Sanford-Springvale Chamber Scholarship Committee reviewed several student candidate mock business plans and has announced the winners. Scholarship Winners are Samantha Hebert and Conrad Nicely each getting $1,000 payable after they start college fall semester. Congrats to the scholarship winners... They all worked very hard on their business plans and really impressed the Scholarship Committee. We are proud of them and wish them and all the best in furthering their education!
