Craft Vendors & Tree Sponsors Wanted for Spree of Trees

THE SANFORD ALUMNI ASSOCIATION IS HOSTING

THEIR 4TH ANNUAL SPREE OF TREES

Set up:

11/28, 11/29 and 11/30 from 4pm to 7pm

Event:

12/1 from 4pm to 7pm

12/2 from 4pm to 8pm

12/3 from 10am to 5pm

12/4 from 9am to noon

Location: Sanford Memorial Gym Cafeteria (lower-level) 678 Main Street

CRAFT VENDORS: $100 fee allows space for one 8' table

TREE SPONSORS: You provide the tree and decorations. Come up with a theme and be creative! Retail value of the tree must be provided. Special recognition for the tree that receives the most raffle tickets.

This is a FUNdraiser that helps support the Sanford Alumni Association’s mission to foster unity and spirit among its alumni. To positively impact our alma mater, its students, and the community.

• Donate a decorated artificial Christmas tree, any size or fashion, traditional

or non-traditional, using any type of materials, but NO REAL TREES. No fee to

register just the donation of the tree and the items to decorate that tree.

• Create a specific theme -It can be anything (Sports, Art, Christmas) or even

create a non-traditional tree by decorating with tools, household items, collectibles, etc. DYI is a great way to find examples!

Some examples of past trees include: Lego Tree, Gift Card Tree, Crayola

Kids Tree, New England Sports Fan Tree, Electrical Tool Tree, and many more!

• Advertise your business with products or gift certificates from your establishment or decorate a tree in someone's memory and use their inspiration to decorate your tree.

• Your tree will be raffled off at the end of the festival. All trees will be set-up and decorated by the participants. Extension cords provided. The trees will be picked up by the winners on the Monday to follow.
