DUES CALCULATION FORMULA EXCEPT AS NOTED BELOW

I.		For computation purposes, 2 part-time employees are equivalent to one ful-time.
II.		For businesses located outside the town of Sanford-Springvale, use Column A plus 50% of Columns B, C, D, and E as applicable.
III.		Non-Profit (an agency primarily funded by donations) dues shall be $114.50 annually.
IV.		Associate/non-voting (an individual having an interest in the objectives and mission of Sanford-Springvale Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development) dues shall be $57.50 annually.
