With over 400 local businesses in its membership base, the Sanford·Springvale Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development helps make both the community and it's businesses. We will work with you to make our region a better place in which to live and work.
The Chamber is run by a salaried office staff of four including Chamber President, Rick Stanley. The work of the Sanford•Springvale Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development could not be accomplished without the help of our volunteer Board of Directors and hard working committee members.
We cover activities pertaining to
local, State, and Federal government affairs and participate in
cooperative programs, which merge the business and education sectors
of our community. We also assist in the attraction, expansion, and
retention of our industrial, commercial, and service industry base.
Additional Economic Development efforts include:
Responsible for land sales in the Sanford Industrial Estates and the Sanford IndustrialDevelopment Park.
Production and distribution of demographic materials and maps.
Coordinate workshops and seminars on regional, economic development
affecting corporate manufacturing, consumer services, and small business.
A focus on transportation, Governmental Affairs, Main Street Revitalization &
education.
